Fee Policy

Fee Structure

• Registration Fee: A one-time non-refundable fee payable at the time of admission.
• Tuition Fees: Tuition fees are billed termly and must be paid in advance before the start of each term.
• Other Fees: Additional fees may include costs for extracurricular activities, uniforms, transportation, and field trips. These will be communicated in advance.

Payment Guidelines

• New admission requires full payment.

Subsequent terms:

• Part payment (70% or 50%) must be paid before school resumes and remaining balance (30% or 50%) completed before midterms.
• Fees can be paid via bank transfer, mobile money, or in-person at the school’s accounts office.
• All payments must include the student’s name and reference number for proper tracking.
• A receipt will be issued upon successful payment.

Late Payment Policy

• Fees not paid by the due date will incur a late payment penalty of 5% per month.
• Students with outstanding fees beyond two months may face suspension until the balance is cleared.

Refund Policy

• Tuition fees are non-refundable once the term begins.
• Refund requests for other fees must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
